Return policy

You have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. You may return the items within these 14 days. You can contact us by e-mail. It is also possible to fill in the return request form. If you register your return via the form, we will contact you by email and process your return request as soon as possible.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
